Schedule of Classes & Fees

Schedule of Classes

The class schedule varies from year to year, supplying an array of interesting upper-division courses that stimulate the mind while providing depth and breadth in the seven majors offered. Classes generally meet in-person once a week during the late afternoon or evening hours. In addition, some courses are transmitted by video-conference from the main campus via the Internet.

The academic year consists of three 10-week quarters and one or two 6-week summer sessions. Students typically enroll in two or three classes per term and can graduate in two to three years.

As part of the program, students should plan to spend approximately three hours of home study per each hour of class time.

Fees

Full and part-time fees for each quarter are published in the Schedule of Classes and are listed on the Registrar’s office web page.

If you are planning to take 10 or less units you may be able to qualify for a fee reduction. Information about the fee reduction is given in the Fee Information page, at the bottom of the table summarizing the fees for the current quarter.
